Yesterday I completed the challenge of doing 60 drawings in one day. The drawings are a record of my experience throughout the day, also including my imagination, thoughts and memories.
It was so fun to do that many drawings in one day, but there was a certain discipline to it, meaning I couldn’t spend too much time on one drawing. I enjoyed recording my thoughts, imagination and observational drawing.
I am definitely going to try this again someday as it was so fun! It may seem daunting at first but it becomes so fun once you get into to it. For me, drawing is my favorite form of art, there are so many ways you can draw and so many things you can bring together. The main thing i love about drawing is that it truly shows how you see the world, with the use of imagination and observation and can show how the mind works.
Maybe some other art bloggers should give this a go! just think, dedicating a whole day to what you love; drawing, nothing else, just drawing. Draw what you see, draw what stimulates your mind and get lost in you imagination and draw the way you see the world through the day!
